The Oak Hollow Setting
Oak Hollow is a private rural property on approximately 70 wooded acres near Boaz, Alabama.
The property includes gravel roads, woods, natural terrain, wildlife, other residences and rental areas, and places where work may occasionally be underway. Roads and walking surfaces may be uneven, outdoor lighting is limited in some areas, and rural conditions change with the weather and seasons.
The Studio may appeal to someone who wants the conveniences of an ordinary residence in a smaller home away from a crowded apartment complex or subdivision.
Access to The Meadow
Studio tenants may ordinarily use the approximately 1,300-foot Meadow for quiet walking and personal enjoyment.
Walking to the far end and back is almost half a mile. Four complete laps provide approximately two miles of walking.
The Meadow is also part of the private West Hollow short-term experience. Studio tenants may not enter or use The Meadow while it is reserved for West Hollow guests. Reservation times or other temporary access restrictions will be communicated when necessary.
Use of The Meadow is nonexclusive and subject to the Rental Agreement and Studio Tenant Rules.
