West Hollow & The Meadow Day Use
These documents apply to private half-day, full-day, and other approved daytime reservations at West Hollow Cabin and The Meadow.

Read these rules before requesting or completing a reservation. They explain West Hollow’s off-grid facilities, parking and walking access, The Meadow, The Hearth, fires, optional areas, restricted areas, natural conditions, and guest responsibilities.

Day-Use Rental Agreement and Risk Acknowledgment
Complete this agreement only after Oak Hollow Cabins has confirmed the proposed reservation date, arrival and departure times, price, and any approved optional activities.
The agreement records the reservation terms, identifies the areas and activities included, and confirms the guest’s understanding of West Hollow’s off-grid and natural conditions.

A West Hollow day-use reservation is not confirmed until Oak Hollow Cabins has reviewed and accepted the completed agreement and received any required payment.
Long-Term Residential Rentals
East Hollow Cabin and Oak Hollow Studio may occasionally be available as simple, one-person long-term rentals.
The following documents are used during the application and approval process.
Rental Application
Begin with the Rental Application. Complete and return it if you would like to be considered for East Hollow Cabin or Oak Hollow Studio.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, reserve a residence, or create a tenancy.
Standard Residential Rental Agreement
The Standard Residential Rental Agreement may be used for an approved tenancy at East Hollow Cabin or Oak Hollow Studio.
Do not complete this agreement unless Oak Hollow Cabins has approved your application and instructed you to proceed.

East Hollow Tenant Rules & Property Instructions
These rules apply specifically to an approved East Hollow tenant. They explain East Hollow’s off-grid facilities, designated parking, private courtyard, jug-water system, composting toilet, generator arrangements, wood-burning stove, property boundaries, and tenant responsibilities.

Oak Hollow Studio Tenant Rules & Property Instructions
These rules apply specifically to an approved Oak Hollow Studio tenant. They explain the Studio’s facilities, utilities, parking, appliances, laundry, property boundaries, and tenant responsibilities.

The Long-Term Rental Process
The usual process is:
- Review the East Hollow or Oak Hollow Studio information page.
- Submit the Rental Application.
- Tour the property and participate in an interview.
- Receive approval from Oak Hollow Cabins to proceed.
- Review and complete the Standard Residential Rental Agreement.
- Review and acknowledge the rules for the selected residence.
- Pay the required rent, security deposit, and any other agreed charges.
- Receive a completed copy of the accepted documents before taking possession.
A tenancy begins only after the required documents have been accepted by both the tenant and Oak Hollow Cabins, all required payments have been received, and possession has been authorized.
