The East Hollow Residential Rental Agreement is used for an approved month-to-month tenancy at East Hollow Cabin.
This property-specific agreement contains East Hollow’s off-grid disclosures, financial terms, occupancy requirements, and the responsibilities of the Tenant and Oak Hollow Cabins. It incorporates the East Hollow Tenant Rules & Property Instructions and should be read together with those Rules.
The downloadable agreement is provided for review. Completing or signing it does not create a tenancy unless the applicant has been approved, Oak Hollow Cabins has completed the applicable financial and rental terms, both parties have signed the agreement, and all required payments have been received.

Downloading and Completing the Agreement
Do not complete or sign the agreement unless Oak Hollow Cabins has approved your application and instructed you to proceed.
When instructed:
- Tap or click the DOWNLOAD button below the document. The agreement may not be fillable while displayed inside the website preview.
- Open the downloaded PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another application that supports fillable PDF forms.
- Confirm that Oak Hollow Cabins has completed the rent, security deposit, beginning date, payment information, and other applicable Owner-prepared terms.
- Read all four pages carefully.
- Complete the Tenant fields, acknowledgments, initials, electronic signature, and date.
- Leave the Owner signature and date fields blank unless Richard instructs otherwise.
- Save the completed PDF to your device.
- Reopen the saved PDF and confirm that every entry, initial, checkmark, and signature was retained.
- Email the saved PDF as an attachment to richardfricks@gmail.com using the subject line: East Hollow Rental Agreement — Your Full Name
If completing the agreement by hand, print all four pages and email clear photographs or scans of every completed page.
