These Rules & Property Instructions explain the Tenant’s responsibilities and the proper use of East Hollow Cabin, its private courtyard, designated parking area, the Watering Place, the assigned composting toilet, and any generator or other equipment the Owner permits the Tenant to use. They are incorporated into and form part of the East Hollow Rental Agreement. Please read the entire document carefully before completing the acknowledgment.

The Owner or Landlord will complete the Owner signature and date fields. Please keep a copy of the completed document with your Rental Agreement for future reference.
