West Hollow Reset Cabin
A private, off-grid cabin for one guest who wants a quiet place to step away, slow down, rest, read, write, walk, or think.
West Hollow is reached on foot from the parking area near the Hub.
East Hollow Reset Cabin
A one-person cabin with its own setting, rhythm, and character.
East Hollow is located along the gravel road. A guest may park beside the cabin and walk approximately 200 feet to the Hub.
Long-Term Cabin Rental
East Hollow or West Hollow may occasionally be available for a longer residential tenancy.
The cabins are modest and unconventional. Depending on the cabin, the arrangement may include off-grid living, generator-supplied electricity, limited water service, a composting toilet, and use of the nearby Hub.
Before occupancy, an approved tenant must tour the property, complete an interview, accept the Rental Agreement and Tenant Rules & Property Instructions, and pay the required rent and security deposit.
Long-Term Rental Documents
Prospective tenants should begin with the Rental Application.
The Tenant Rules & Property Instructions and Standard Residential Rental Agreement should ordinarily be completed only after the property tour, interview, and approval to proceed.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a tenancy. A tenancy begins only after the required documents have been accepted by both the tenant and Oak Hollow Cabins and all required payments have been received.
