This Agreement, together with the Oak Hollow Cabins Guest Rules & Instructions, governs the stay.

Dates are not reserved until Oak Hollow Cabins receives the required deposit or reservation payment and this Agreement is signed, unless Host agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellation / Refund Terms

This is a temporary reset-cabin stay only.
This Agreement does not create a lease, tenancy, residence, homestead, or long-term housing arrangement.
Guest may not use Oak Hollow Cabins as a mailing address, legal residence, or long-term dwelling.
9. Damage / Cleaning / Missing Items
Guest is responsible for damage, unusual cleaning, missing items, improper use of cabin systems, pet damage if applicable, fire damage, or other costs caused by Guest or any approved visitor.
Oak Hollow Cabins may deduct such costs from the security deposit, if any, and may request additional payment if costs exceed the deposit.
