House Rules
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
- No smoking inside cabins
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Please respect the property, wildlife, and other guests
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before check-in
- No refund if canceled less than 72 hours before check-in
Taxes & Fees
- The following are included in the daily rate: Alabama lodging tax (5%) plus Etowah County surcharge ($1.50 per night).
